The house has three self catering units, each with two bedrooms, full bath/shower and WC, living room and kitchen. Unit 1 is at pool level and opens out directly to the pool terrace, there are steps down to this unit as it is a lower/ground floor from the street. units 2 and 3 are on the ground and upper levels, and share a stairwell to the pool area. The pool is 8m x 4m with a shallow end, not heated, and is shared by all 3 units. There is a BBQ built at the far end. The units are well furnished, each with one double and twin single beds. There is free sat TV channels available. The kitchens are equipped with kettle toaster oven and gas cooker. There is a communal washing machine available. These are excellent value units for a small family, or a larger group who wish to have separate accommodation. Discounts for longer stays or multiple occupations. There is a rear gate which leads to the beach, wgich is approx 400 meters away, an easy 5 min walk, and there are two or three beaches with beach bars available, Sao Lourenço ( small and with great rock pools) , Galé Beach 5kms of white sand with dunes behind, great for walking. The main town is about 5kms away, and there is a supermarket 200 metres from the villa. However we strongly suggest a rental car is needed.
