What does it cost to advertise your property?
To add your property for 12 months you pay €120 (£102)
To add your property for 6 months you pay €75 (£64)

How to advertise your property:

• Click on our 'Advertise your Home' button at the top of any page.
• Register by filling in the small form
• Confirm your registration by clicking the link in the email you will receive from us.
• Now you can login and edit your account and create a new advertisement.
• In just a few simple frames you can enter all the details about your property.
• As soon as we have confirmed your advertisement your property will be activated and you start receiving booking enquiries.

How to promote your property as a 'Featured Property':
To get the maximum exposure on Easy Holiday Rentals you have the option of displaying your property on the top of the page in our Featured Properties listing.
To feature your property simply select the checkbox 'Featured Property' whilst adding your property. If your property already exists in our database - simply edit your listing and choose 'Featured Property'.

Featured Listings can be purchased for 6 or 12 months worth of exposure.

12 months = £33 (€39)
6 months = £21 (€25)

Promote your property with a 'Special Offer' listing:
To get even more exposure with Easy Holiday Rentals you can advertise your property in our Special Offer Directory.
Simply, select the checkbox 'Special Price' whilst adding your property. If your property already exists in our database - simply edit your listing and choose 'Special Price'.

What does a 'Special Offer' listing cost?
Special Offer listings are currently FREE of charge.

Suggestions for Special Offers

You can promote any type of offer you wish so long as it is a genuine reduction in rates or an extra service. Here are some suggestions:

• A reduction in rental rates for a given period, eg '15% discount on all September weeks in 2010'
• A big discount for late availability, eg 'Discount price for October and November 2010'
• An early booking discount
• Free car rental
• Free Welcome pack of food and drink on arrival

How do you pay for a 'Featured' or 'Special Offer' listing?
Once you have completed adding or editing  your property to our database, we will review your request.  On acceptance of your listing we will send you a payment email which will allow you to settle your account using PayPal or with a credit card of your choice. You can rest assured that the transaction details are fully protected and undertaken with an authorized secure server.
