It really couldn't be easier to use our website and once you have found your property you deal directly with the owner.

First step – Search for your property and send an enquiry
Click on the map or the 'Find a Holiday Home' button and peruse the properties you are interested in. You will find fully detailed information about each property plus the contact details of the owner.

Second Step – Choose your Holiday Home and make your Reservation
Once you have chosen a property and contacted the owner you can secure your reservation with the payment of an agreed deposit. Deposits can be made with your credit card or PayPal.

Third Step – Sign and Return your Rental Contract
To ensure both you and the property owner are happy with the arrangements, a rental agreement will be sent to you. This agreement clearly explains what is expected from both parties. This will usually include arrival and departure dates, times, payment schedules, cancellation terms and conditions and any other specific policies like those regarding pets. Carefully read your agreement, sign it and send it back to the owner.

Fourth and Final Step – Complete your Payment
How much you are required to pay will be specified in your rental agreement. More than likely you will be asked to pay the final payment prior to arrival. To ensure that your deposit is not lost, you should abide by all the payment dates specified in your rental contract.
Although the exact payment schedule will be included in your rental contract, you will most likely be expected to complete your payment prior to your arrival. To avoid losing your deposit, you must ensure that all payments are completed by the dates specified in the written agreement.
